Form antidiscrimination HR policies. If the environment is free of discrimination, the pressure will automatically fall. Encouraging diversity and bringing people from diverse backgrounds and with diverse talents also helps build a supportive environment where people live and work cordially.
Try injecting fun moments in between the work hours to reduce tension and pressure. Managers must cultivate and inspire the right attitude. They must not try to be too rigid.
